Visitation will be held from 6 to 7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 8, at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, 6601 38th Ave., Moline. Cremation rites have been accorded. Inurnment will be at Greenview Memorial Gardens at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
Mark was born Dec. 2, 1950, in Moline, the son of John and Sadie Ligino Frederiksen.
Mark had worked previously in maintenance at various local businesses. He was devoted to caring for his mother until her passing in 2009.
Survivors include his brothers, John (Beth) Frederiksen, Ocala, Fla., Terry (Karen) Frederiksen, Wales, Wis.; nephews, Mark Frederiksen, Greendale, Wis., Fred (Anne) Frederiksen, Raleigh, NC; niece, Kimberly (John) Neville, Plainfield, Ill.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his nephew, Brian Frederiksen; and niece, Crystal Frederiksen.
