Rodger L. Warren, 50, Geneseo, died Friday, April 6, 2001, at Trinity Medical Center, West Campus, Rock Island.
Services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Union Congregational Church, Moline. The Rev. Kevin Pleas and the Rev. Jack Michelsen will officiate. Cremation rites will be accorded following services.
Visitation will be 4 to 7 p.m. Monday at Vandemore Funeral Home Ltd., Atkinson, and 10 a.m. to service time Tuesday at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to an educational fund for his daughter, Abby, the Geneseo Endowment for Excellence in Education or the Cambridge Academic Foundation.
Rodger was born Dec. 12, 1950, in Moline, the son of Wayne and Doris Palmquist Warren. He married Patricia Renkin Aug. 9, 1975, in Davenport.
He was a graduate of Moline High School and Augustana College in Rock Island. He was the current owner and CEO of Turnabout, a human resource consulting firm, Geneseo. He was a member of First Congregational Church, Geneseo, and had served on the board of the Quad City Management Association.
Survivors are his wife, Patricia; daughter, Abby Warren, at home; his parents, Wayne and Doris Warren, Moline; a brother and his spouse, Larry and Chris Warren, Milwaukee, Wis.; a sister, Judy Plumb, Milwaukee; and several nieces and nephews.
